AIO Login Pro enables secure passwordless login for WordPress using Temporary Access Links. These links allow users to log in instantly—without entering a username or password, making it ideal for sharing secure access sharing, time-limited access with developers, clients, or support teams. This is a Pro feature and requires an active AIO Login Pro license.

Overview

Temporary Access Links provide a simple and secure way to grant password-free WordPress login access. Each temporary login link is tied to a specific user account and can be restricted by time and usage limits.

Once the link expires or reaches its usage limit, it automatically becomes invalid ensuring controlled and secure access.

Step 1: Access Temporary Access Settings

Navigates to WordPress Dashboard → AIO Login → Temporary Access

Step 2: Enable the Feature

Toggle Enable to ON and click Save.

This activates passwordless login link generation on your site.

Tip: Create a dedicated WordPress user (e.g., Guest or Editor) with limited permissions before generating links.

Step 3: Generate a New Login Link

  • Click Add New
  • A pop-up appears with the following fields:
  • Select User
Choose an existing WordPress user from the dropdown. The generated link will log in as this user and inherit their role and permissions.
  • Expires

    • A unit dropdown selector with options:
