Change your WP-Admin Login URL

The “Change WP-Admin Login URL” feature in the AIO Login plugin allows you to enhance the security of your WordPress site by changing the default WordPress admin login URL. This helps prevent unauthorized access attempts and reduces the risk of brute-force attacks. With this feature, you can customize the login URL to something unique and challenging to guess.

How to Change WP-Admin Login URL

Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

• Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
• Navigate to the “AIO Login” option in the WordPress side menu.

Enable the Change WP-Admin Login URL

Click on the “Login Protection” tab in the AIO Login dashboard. or

Click the Configure button on the Custom Login URL card of the AIO Login dashboard, which will also navigate you to the Change Login URL sub-tab.

Customize the Login URL

Enable the Feature:

• Toggle the switch to enable the “Change WP-Admin Login URL” feature

Set the New Login URL:

• In the “Login URL” field, enter your desired custom login URL. Ensure it is unique and not easily guessable.

Example: Instead of “wp-admin,” you might use “my-secret-login.”

Set the Redirection URL:

• In the “Redirect URL” field, specify the URL where users will be redirected if they attempt to access the old “wp-admin” URL.

Example: You can redirect to a custom 404 page or a specific information page.

• After customizing the login URL and setting the redirection link, click the “Save Changes” button.

That’s it! You have now significantly improved the security of your WordPress site and protected it from common threats.
