AIO Login Dashboard

The AIO Login Dashboard is the centralized interface provided by AIO Login where users can manage various aspects of their authentication and security settings. It typically includes options to configure login security features, set up two-factor authentication (2FA), manage user access permissions, and monitor login activities across different platforms or services integrated with the AIO Login plugin.

To access AIO Login Dashboard:

  • Hover over & click on AIO Login.
  • AIO Login Dashboard gets displayed on screen.

AIO Login Dashboard displays following:

Tabs

Different tabs are displayed which could be toggled to view and modify different functionalities.

Activity Tray

Activity tray displays the recent activity pertaining to numbers of successful logins, failed logins & Lockout IPs. The numbers can be filtered to view logs from Today, Last 7 days, Last 14 days or Last month.

Custom Login URL module

Custom Login URL offers the ability to customize site’s login URL to prevent attackers from exploiting your wp-admin. Clicking on the Configure button will redirect you to the Customize tab that features many customization options.

Limit Login Attempts module

Limit Login Attempts Limit the number of times a user IP can attempt to log in to your wp-admin with incorrect credentials. After the designated limit being reached the IP will be blocked for a specified period of time. Switching On the module from dropdown will redirect you to Login Protection tab > Limit Login Attempts sub-tab, where you could toggle on/off the feature & set maximum attempts, timeout & lockout message.

Two Factor Authentication module

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) requires admin users to provide a token generated by an Authenticator app during login. Upon activation, all admin users must configure 2FA using an Authenticator app during their next login. Toggling On the module will redirect you to the Security tab.

Block IP Address module

This feature allows restricting logins to specific IPs or users, effectively preventing brute-force attacks and malicious login attempts. Toggling On the module will redirect you to the Login Protection tab > Block IP Addresses sub-tab, where you could toggle on/off the feature & set mode, blocklist & block message.
